Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:30, and parcels are delivered by FedEx courier service and Serbia Post.
Orders are shipped on the first working day following the one on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and bank verification for our new customers.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
During the sales or promotions period, shipments may require slower times.
Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment are 2-7 working days.
TUTA SILK is not responsible for any delays due to the courier for operational reasons or causes beyond TUTA SILK’s control.
The prices listed on the website do not include import duties and customs fees, the buyer bears the additional costs.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Customers receive a shipment confirmation email containing the link to track the delivery.
Customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing proof of delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are requested to sign the receipt with reservation or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, the recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due.
