Receiving the newsletter

If you want to receive our “newsletter” by e-mail, which contains information about our offers, discounts and general news about our sales range, it is necessary to leave the following personal data:

METHOD AND PURPOSE OF DATA USE

The purpose of use of each piece of data (i.e. one of the three possible purposes described in the section of these Rules entitled “GENERAL INFORMATION”) is expressly stated on our site on the corresponding page where that piece of information is requested.

All data is used exclusively and only for the purposes for which you made it available.

We will not retain, use or process any data that you make available to us when using this site, for any purpose other than:

• for the purpose for which they were given;

• beyond the purpose for which they were provided if we are required to do so or will be required to do so by applicable regulations in the future. If such an obligation exists or arises in the future, we will use your data only to the extent necessary, i.e. to the extent required by applicable regulations.

Your data, as well as the data about your purchase on our site, will not be disclosed or made available to any person, unless we are obliged to do so by a decision of the competent authority made in accordance with the applicable regulations.

We will not disclose or transfer your data to third parties without authorization, except to the extent specified in these Rules.

It is considered that you agree that for the purpose of delivery of the products purchased on our site, at our free choice, we make available your following data to any courier service we designate to deliver the purchased products:

• contact phone,
• the address for receiving the shipment, as well as an alternative address if you specified the same.

Our employees will have access to your data only to the extent that it is necessary for the legal realization of your purchase on this site and your requests related to the purchase on this site and the information you require from us.

We will not use your data for marketing purposes, unless you have provided us with the appropriate data for the purpose of “Newsletter receipt”.

We will take all legal measures to protect the data you make available to us.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

We store all data permanently, but no longer than until we receive the revocation of consent and/or receive your request for data deletion, except in cases where applicable regulations expressly mandate the obligation to store certain data within a precisely prescribed period.

YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

Any consent you have given for the use of data for a specific purpose can be revoked at any time by sending it to the e-mail address: info@tutasilk.com 

The revocation of consent is effective only for the future, starting from the moment when we received your revocation of consent, and any processing that was previously carried out will not be considered to have been carried out without authorization, if it was carried out in accordance with these Rules and applicable regulations.

OTHER DATA RIGHTS

Your rights in relation to data are stipulated by the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia, primarily by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (Official Gazette of the RS No. 87/2018), and at your request we will:

• make available the information that we store your data at a given time, for which purposes we store and use your data, as well as the period of storage of your data;
• provide access, correct incorrect data and/or update outdated data;
• delete your data, except in cases where applicable regulations expressly mandate the obligation to store certain data within a precisely prescribed period;
• provide answers to any questions you may have regarding how your data is used and stored

If it is necessary to establish that you are authorized to make the aforementioned requests, we will inform you that you need to confirm your request, by sending you an identification email to the email address you left when you first used our site.
